Backblast for 10/22 at the Wall. Theme: Loop the Loop
PAX: Beretta, Ringo, Popeyes, Stark, Mr. Glass, Peach, Fossil, Spaulding, Callahan, Geppetto, Moana, Huckleberry, Casper, Coconut (Q).
A little bit of drizzle and about 50° greeted the PAX who gathered in the gloom at Perrysburg’s riverside gem AO for some work and some introspection.
Opened with mission and core principles.

4x 2 min segments makes a round. At the start of each 2 min. run the loop around the base level of the wall, back to your spot, then complete the time with reps. (running the loop takes 30-50s, so it’s 60-90s of reps. This should just about always push the individual to the decision of gutting it out or taking a rest)Arms/Chest, core, legs, total body
round 1–Merkins, then LBCs, then Squats, then Mountain Climbers
round 2–Dry Docks, then Gas Pumps, then Smurf Jacks, then Surfer Get-ups
Intermission: New food for thought–we perform the way we practice, so practice making the hard choice when you’re at the end of your strength.
