Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

we had 13 hardy young men attend this fine easy workout this glorious morning!They were Tommy Callahan Geary, Chris Charmin Tracy, Allen Lego Reinmeyer, Jessie Fossil Miller, Jonathon Bourbon Burns, Scott Geppetto Schutt, Billy Hannibal Stark, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Myron Tupac Bowers, Scott Mr Glass Kurth, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Kevin Popeyes Connors and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble.We started off with a little run to Hood Park, While at Hood Park, we bear craweled up the hill stopping at 5 different times and did 10 merkins at each stop. When 6 of our team reached the top, the remaining members run up the hill. We then ran down the hill and did a repeato. But, instead of doing merkins, we did 5 burpees at 5 different stops. We ran back to the Wall where we did the following workout; ran up the stairs, did Big Boy sit ups until exhaustion, carry okied down the wall where we did star fish sit ups to exhaustion, ran down the ramp where we did australian merkins until exhaustion, then at the bottom did 250 rotations of jump rope and then dips until exhaustion. That preatty much expended our time so we ended in a circle of trust.
