Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

Some warm ups, SSHs, Squats, Neck circles, arm circles, hip circles.
4 Stations with 2 exercises each
1: Run to Hood park, 25 T Merkins and 25 2 is 1 Toe Taps on the curb
2: Run back the the Wall, 1 partner holds high decline plank with feet on bench while other does 25 squats, switch and repeat
3: Bottom of ramp, 1 partner holds Al Gore while the other does australian merkins, switch and repeat
4:Top of stairs, 1 partner does SSHs while other does 25 box cutters, switch and repeat
