Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

The THNAG
Running Man at the Wall.
We all started at top for a change in view. Each pax had to perform each round of exercises to exhaustion OYO. Once form broke and muscles hit exhaustion then they had to perform the active rest exercise and then go back into the main exercise.

Round 1 – Merkins / SSH
Round 2 – Squats / Freddy M’s
Round 3 – Diamond Merkins / SSH
Round 4 – Bonnie Blaires / Freddy M’s
Round 5 – Traveling Merkins / SSH
Round 6 – Smurf Jacks / Freddy M’s
The timer for each round was one of the PAX. They could choose to either run the entire ramp down and up. Or take the shorter stair path and perform 10 burpees at bottom and then head back up.
We were able to run through each round twice and each pax got to be a timer. Lego was our last so we had to alternate between absolutions and burpees to exhaustion until he returned.
COR, NOR, Fossil was the six. And I am sure it was a good one because he stood in the middle for a while and talked…but the ENTIRE time he started talking a non stop stream of traffic rolled by and we couldn’t hear a damn thing!
