Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Description of the workout
– It’s a partner-relay-suicide of the stairs. there are 7 landings, and partners take turns doing the stairs to the next one, performing some reps, then back down to trade off.
Round 1: home base is at the bottom of the stairs. one partner goes Up the stairs, does Jungle Boi squats, then down the stairs for hand-off. The other partner goes up to the next landing, does more JBs, then back down. (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 JBs). While one partner is doing the relay leg, other is doing Merkins for 1st half, LBCs for 2nd half. When the partners trade out, they do 4 partner merkins for the ‘handoff’. The last leg, both partners run all the way up for the 14 JB squats at the top. end of round.
Round 2: top of stairs is home base. one partner goes down to first landing, does calf raises on the last step, then back up for hand-off. (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 sets). While one partner is doing stairs and calf raises, the other does dirty hookups (first 3 sets), then switch to heel-touch + leg raise. Hand-off between partners is 5 partner big-boyz.
Everybody completed both rounds at least once. Some good mumble chatter was had, and lots of stairs were climbed.
