Warm-up: 15 Side Straddle Hops, a bunch of arm circles, 10 Chain Breakers, 10 Overhead Chain Breakers, 10 Bent over Chain Breakers.
The Beatdown:
You start at the starting # and double at each of the 3 cones . Example- Start with 4 Squats, at the 1st cone 8, at the 2nd cone 16, and at the 3rd cone 32, then run back to the start for the next task and starting number.

Got into the COT. Soda Pop (Site Q Extraordinaire) was the 6. We ran through announcements and prayers for our many Blessings!! Long story short, the PAX busted their asses and gave awesome effort throughout!! Always an Honor and a Blessing to Q!! You HIMs Rocked it!!
