Due to the increases in the Covid-19 and local advisories we decided to bring back our virtual workouts. If you don’t feel safe meeting in person at our normal workouts participate in your yard, garage, basement or wherever you feel comfortable.

    Round 1: 50 overhead presses with cinder block or wt and 50 merkins. Mix them up as the spirit leads. SSH for the 6

    Round 2:
    50 big boy sit ups (feet in block holes) and 50 mountain climbers-hands on block. SSH for the 6.
    50 air jumps

    Round3:
    50 goblet squats and 50 Bonnie blair. SSH for the 6
    50 imperial walkers

    Round4:
    50 squat thrusters (with block) and 50 globetrotters. SSH for the 6
    50 Supermans

    Round5:
    50 man makers and 50 burpees. SSH for the 6
    50 total body runs (or homeslice coined the term Nordic tracks)
    Note, time was called midway through round5

    The men really got after it today. Minimal mumblechatter, maximal acceleration!
