Due to the increases in the Covid-19 and local advisories we decided to bring back our virtual workouts. If you don’t feel safe meeting in person at our normal workouts participate in your yard, garage, basement or wherever you feel comfortable.

    20 side straddle hops, 15 second plank – 3 versions, 10 windmills, 5 merkins

    The Stuff To Do
    Bring a Block
    We will do 5 Round of Each Cycle

    Cycle 1
    2 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Lunges (2 is 1), 20 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1)

    Cycle 2
    2 Manmakers, 10 Decline Merkins, 15 Goblet Squats, 20 American Hammers (2 is 1)

    Cycle 3
    2 Thrusters, 10 Incline Merkins, 15 Monkey Humpers, 20 Crunchy Frogs
    * due to time constraints we only got through 3 rounds

    PAX in attendance – Geppetto, Coconut, Homeslice and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
    the 6 (for virtual we went with the 3) was Geppetto
