Due to the increases in the Covid-19 and local advisories we decided to bring back our virtual workouts. If you don’t feel safe meeting in person at our normal workouts participate in your yard, garage, basement or wherever you feel comfortable.

    The beatdown:

    Combined rep number is 12

    11 Big Boys, 11 Merkins, 11 Dips

    Run for 30 seconds and come back

    1 Burpie, 1 Squat, 1 Merkin

    Run for 30 seconds and come back

    10 Big Boys, 10 Merkins, 10 Dips

    Run for 30 seconds and come back

    2 Burpies, 2 Squats, 2 Merkins

    Run for 30 seconds and come back

    And so on until you reverse the reps with 1 on first set and 11 on the second set.

    All three of us completed the entire beatdown.

    Tai Guy was the 6. Ended with COT.
