Due to the increases in the Covid-19 and local advisories we decided to bring back our virtual workouts. If you don’t feel safe meeting in person at our normal workouts participate in your yard, garage, basement or wherever you feel comfortable.

    Round 1: 30 Reps
    Merkins
    Squats
    Side Straddle Hops- 2 is 1

    Run for 1 minute and then come back

    Round 2: 20 Reps
    Burpees
    Lieutenant Dan’s
    Jump Squat

    Run for 1 minute and then come back

    Round 3:  30 Reps
    American Hammers- 2 is 1
    Hand Release Merkins
    Imperial Walker- 2 is 1

    Run for 1 minute and then come back

    Round 4: 15 Reps
    Merkins, Burpees,               Jump Squat, Squats, American Hammers- 2 is 1, Lieutenant Dan’s, Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walker- 2 is 1, Hand Release Merkins

    Run for 1 minute and then come back

    We did one complete round of 4 plus repeated the 1st round and ran after that round. We then did our name-o-rama, announcements and circle of trust.
