A- AbsolutionsStart at first cone, then do 1 of each exercise. Rifle cary to second cone and do two of each exercise. Rifle cary back to first cone and do three of each exercise. All the way up to 10 of each. In total 55 of each exercise was done this morning in the Gloom.
