One man fireman carries 2 35lb Kettlebells from the old Fire House to the Town Hall which seemed to get further and further apart with each carry.
The other 3 did Squats, Curls, Shoulder Raises until he got back then we rotated. We continued until each person did 3 sets of each, and then switched the exercises to Big Boy Situps, Lunges, Merkins and did 3 more of each of those.
