4 stations (1 at each corner with 3 exercises for 3 rounds), and a middle point (for music and burpees).
Complete 15 reps at each station, move to the middle and complete 4 burpees, then on to the next station. After 3 rounds we walked a lap backward and did 1 more round of choose your own exercise.CoT
