The Thang:
Warm-up we jogged a lap around the parking lot.
THEN!! into a round of MOTIVATORS!! (Motivators could be becoming a PAX favorite at the Nest.)
Round was as follows:
-40 reps each
-Merkins
-Jungle Boi Squats
-Imperial Squat Walkers
-Big Boi Sit-ups
-Skaters (2 is 1)
After 40 of each exercise, we ran to the curb (approx 200 ft) and completed 5 Monkey Humpers.

I have no shame in admitting that I completely ripped off this workout from Coconut. Same format, I changed a few exercises & rep count. Coco did this BD for his Bday Bash this past weekend 3/18/23.
It was a great chilly Spring morning. I’m completely grateful for this group of men we have out here in Oregon, OH. It is great to start each week off surrounded by this group of HIM, AYE!
