Warmup: SSH in cadence, Windmill in Cadence, Chainbreakers in cadence.
Start round with 10 reps of each:
Merkin
One-leg Squat
Glute Bridge
Lunge
Leg raises from 6
Then:
Plank 50 count, Side Plank 50 count (x2).
Run lap around the front sidewalk and back.
-Repeato with half reps.
For example merkin halfway down and hold for a 3 count, 1 rep.
-Then repeato with 20 reps
