One man farmer carries two 35lb kettlebells down to the ball field and back as the ‘timer’ while the other men rotate through the following work after each trip:
Squat (with or without a block)
Bentover Rows with 80lb sandbag
Curls with paincake
Dumbbell shoulder flys
Shoulder press cindy
Sandbag (40lb) overhead toss
Lunges
Battle Rope
Circle of Trust
Prayers for Luke. Mile-High & Fly-over.
