Spreading a little further east into Oregon, OH with our newest beatdown in the Black Swamp! This AO is at Fassett Junior High School, home of the Eagles, plenty of room for all kinds of fun beatdowns.

The morning was great! The Nest is quite a spot in Oregon, plenty of room to run.
Started with the mission and core. And headed into some warmups
SSH, Armburners, Mosey, Chainbreakers, Windmills
The work: tabata timer ladder. 45 sec of work, 15 sec rest. Adding an exercise each round and tuning between rounds:
1. Burpees
2. Burpees, BBS
3. Burpees, BBS, Merkins
4. Burpees, BBS, Merkins, Monkey Humpers
5. Burpees, BBS, Merkins, Monkey Humpers, Flutter kicks
We made it up the ladder and back down through round 3.
