Tuesdays runs have moved to join back up with the ruckers at the Necropolis, but this time on the back side. We have quick access to paths along Maumee on both sides of the river.

THANG: Ran across the bridge, down the towpath trail and into SideCut park. 20 reps EMOM on the sledding hill.
Ran back.
Finished with some ‘Penny Kicks’ and Broga stretching while waiting for the ruckers to return.
