In beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio men gather to get a proper work out in. This location has so many options, with the primary ‘fun‘ feature being a big sledding hill that seems like a mountain in our very flat region.

We explored “parts unseen” at the Rabbit Hole this morning. YHC took the 21 pax on a little adventure to 8 different locations around the beautiful Blue Creek Metropark where at each spot we performed 2 exercises…most in cadence.
First off we counted off 21 pax and headed toward the hill in the dark. First stop was at the picnic shelter house where we performed 25 box jumps and 20 crunchy frogs on the picnic tables.
Moseyed to the stairs at the bottom of the hill where pax were given 60 seconds to organize themselves in alphabetical order according to their F3 names. It took just 32 seconds! T-Claps!
Next stop: down the hill and to “the unknown parts” down a trail to the bouldering wall. We performed 20ish London Bridges in cadence then attempted inverted decline wall merkins. These proved to be very challenging, so YHC halted at 3 reps. Always ready to pivot when necessary.
Next stop: the “roundabout where we performed one circuit of Geronimo and a circle merk of 65 reps. (Accompanied by Party On’s favorite Lynyrd Skynyrd song, “The Ballad of Curtis Loew”.)
Next stop: mosey down to the bridge on the north side of the quarry where we performed calf raises and incline plank shoulder taps in cadence.
Next stop: low wall on west side of quarry where we performed dips and fast feet in cadence.
Next stop was to what I call the Inaugural Rock: the large outcropping of rock where the two swings are located. We performed 5 pull ups per pax and then posed for a group photo.
Moseyed back to the shovel flags and finished with our COT.
Six was my 2.0 Prime Time.
