We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

After catching our breath, we rucked to Indiana Ave, then back around on Dixie Hwy to the start. Still got about 2 miles in by my calculations after the 20 mins of PT.
Met up with the runners and we ended with CoT. Prayers up for Jenna, who just had a baby and seems to be doing well.
