We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

At the start of the ruck we did some “Pass the Pill” or kept a continuous passing of a cinder block up and down the 2 lines. This got audibled out at the icy bridge. After that we did 2 PT stops with 10 Kettle Bell Swings, 10 thrusters, and 10 Curls at each stop.
