What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

PAX: Flo, HazMat, Ponzi, Meatloaf, Canteen, Mr. Glass, Raven (co- Q), Casper (co-Q)
Pax rucked up and down the hills of Fort Meigs, got a little variety of terrain. On a back platform of the Fort, Raven led some Merkins and Squats. Repeato toward the end of the Fort. Raven’s route made Casper have to relive his youth cross country days, where he notoriously vomited at the top of the hill, formerly known as Agony. This time, Merlot was not spilled, but it was awful just the same. The Co- Q’s thank the PAX for their patience as we ran a bit over and as always, we were honored to lead.
