New AO: Pearson Park, home of the Thursday Ruck has now been dubbed, “The Mud Hole.” This embraces the rich history of the Black Swamp, where settlers did their best to avoid mud holes that could swallow their horses and wagons. Rucked to from parking lot, following trail southeast to the RR crossing and back. Hit the observation loop on the way back.
