New AO: Pearson Park, home of the Thursday Ruck has now been dubbed, “The Mud Hole.” This embraces the rich history of the Black Swamp, where settlers did their best to avoid mud holes that could swallow their horses and wagons. Rucking with PT mixed in intermittently. 1 minute x ruck shoulder press, ruck curl, Lt. Dan, murican, burpee. Did the overpass and back to the loop to the observation tower.
