Tuesday runs are thriving right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut.

The run: Run to Elm st, up to city pool parking lot (0.5), run two farklek laps (sprint straight, jog corners) around parking lot. Then run lap up to boundary to Locust st. When you get back to pool parking lot, run fartleks until the six makes it or up to 5 laps.
