Tuesday runs are thriving right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut.

The thang:
We did a little over 5 miles running from the levy to the river, back to 2nd street, over a block back to the river, back to 2nd street, over a block then back to the river and so on we did that 8 times total with 4 tough hills involved we did a little stretching and I brought the “hillbilly” exercise up from Cbus. It was a great run with a great group of men. As always it was a joy and privilege to lead!
