Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary

The Thing: Bring your dogs out to ruck. Only one was brought. We rucked to sidecut and back, taking the river trail out and the elevated trail back. Hannibal saw a bunch of deer and is a better hunting animal than my dog Chloe. There was really pretty mist on the river.
