The Ruck is moving again, we are now meeting on the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

It was wet but we still had 12 for the Ruck!!

Got in a count-o-rama and got to work.
We did an Indian Wall Sit across the Maumee Bridge with 5 squats before rotating to the front. Did a little hill work on the Maumee side then headed back to the lot. Along the way we had lots of horns blaring which resulted in at least 210 arm presses. I love having the flag lead us through!!
We ended in the COT. Casper was the 6. He got self started at the Necropolis and just kept coming out. Always an honor to hang with you my Brother!!
We welcome the FNG Ryan “Brown Bear” Anderson (Barney EH)!! I look forward to seeing you often!! We ended in announcement and Prayer. Such a Blessing to be back out in Nature!! Always a privilege and an honor to lead!!
