The Ruck is moving again, we are now meeting on the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us

 

What the ruck is a ruck?  A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

    Rucked 3 miles round trip from The Levy to the bridge. Alternating carrying a 35lb (40 funt) kettlebell for two minutes on, two minutes off. Several hills added a degree of difficulty. Solid <17 minute pace. 🇺🇸

    Landslide (Run Q) did COR NOR & COT.
