Trying out a new location for our Tuesday runs right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut

F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership
Principles of F3:
• It must be free of charge
• It must be open to all men
• It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

Beatdown: Run
• Leave The Levy parking lot with a right on E 5th Street
• Right on Louisiana Ave.
• Down Hood park ramp and left onto the path
• Follow path to The Wall and run up the ramp
• Continue down Front Street
• Right on West Boundary toward the water treatment plant
• Left on trail to Orleans Park parking lot
• Continue on trail toward river and under bridge to come out on other side of the road
• Up the ramp and take a right on Rt 20 heading in the direction back to The Levy
• Right on West Boundary
• Left on 2nd Street
• Follow all the way to hang a right on East Boundary Street
• Right on 6th street
• Right on Elm Street
• Left on E 5th Street and return to AO
