The Gauntlet


Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playground equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    90 second timer:
    2 cone suicide (always first)
    5 Pullups
    5 bag toss
    10 Curls
    10 rows

    90 second timer.
    10 jump squats
    10 hello dolly
    5 thrusters
    10 flutter kicks (2 is 1)
    2 cone reverse suicide (always last)

    Goal is back to starting cone before timer.
    10 Merkins every round at timer.
    If timer goes off and you are working, stop. Round ends at timer and you start over.
