Into the PIT
PAX: Huckleberry, Ponzi, Moana, Spider-Man co-Q, Black Spider co-Q, Lonzo co-Q.
Warmup: Mosey around Library
The Thang: Into the PIT
The pit was where a PAX had to spend 2 – 1 minute rounds in before rotating out of. 1 minute of Kraken Burpee’s 30 sec rest and then 1 minute of battle ropes. While they were in the PIT they chose the exercise for the other PAX for each round. After all spent time in the PIT, we did a lap around the Library.
