250 merkins
300 leg raises
Team with 3 added 50% to each.
Work is done on one side. Cone on n the other.
Partner A begins to work. Partner b does 15 curls and then rifle carries to far side, sets down block and run back. Partner b repeats.
Partner a now runs to blocks, does 10 thrusters and rifle carries back then does work. Partner b repeats.
Whenever the blocks are near work, do 15 curls.
When the blocks are away from the work, do 10 thrusters before leaving.
