PAX: Ringo, Beretta, Mile High, Tagalong, Radio, Lego, Van Gogh, Lyman (QIC)

Conditions: 50 degrees and disgusting, relentless rain. Deep puddles on the run that ensured out feet were drenched.

Warmup: Motivators from 10 to 1. Some light stretching.

The Thang: Q hates running, so this morning’s beatdown was heavy on the running. Moseyed around the edge of Rivercrest Park, stopping every 1/4 mile to do 25 Merkins, 25 Squats, and 25 Big Boi Sit-ups (modified to 25 double-pump Imperial Walkers due to very wet, cold ground). Reached our destination of the shelter house at Rotary Park, where we started at one corner and did 15 Burpees, 15 Bonnie Blairs, and 15 Diamond Merkins. Then rotated to the next corner and did 9 reps of each, then rotated and did 3 reps of each. Moseyed back to the flag, pushing hard on the last 1/4 mile.

Thankful for seven great HIM who joined me in less-than-favorable conditions. The weather didn’t get better, but we did. Honored to lead today!
