Do following on Candace 10 count
Arm circles – forward
Arm circles – backward
Twist and Pivot
The Thang:
Tabata: Do 8 rounds doing AMRAP of the same exercise in 20 second intervals followed by a 10 second rest (up button: STATIC HOLD). 1 minute mosey of about 100 YARDS or so after the last round. Switch to a new exercise and do 8 rounds in the same intervals.
