Started with core principles and mission statement. Ran .20 mile loop that would be used in the beatdown.Set cones at baseline, 5 yards, and 10 yards. You had to do a suicide of grip, rip and rolls (GRRs). Doing 3 burpees at the start and at each cone. Once you were done with the round, you ran the 0.20 mile loop.
Round 1: GRRS
Round 2: G, R, Merkin, Roll
Round 3: G, R, 5 shoulder presses, Roll
Round 4: G, R, R, Manmaker.
Round 4: G, R, 5 Plank Jacks, RollMost PAX were able to make it to round 4, some finished all 5 and had to make something up. Stark, did these….grip, rip, 5 bench presses, roll, 5 merkins….he is a bit crazy.
