Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    Killer B’s – Kudos to Greenwood and the Iron Pax challenge for this one with a little abs intermission.

    Broad Jump 10 Yards then perform 10 Burpees, 10 BBSU’s, and 10 Bonnie Blaires (2 is 1)
    Broad jump to the 20 yard line and 30 yard line and repeato work at each stop. Once you complete the 3rd round, Bear Crawl Back to start and repeato!

    PAX got in about 2 to 3.5 rounds before we did the Board O’ Abs. YHC had a list of Abs on the white board and PAX took turns each leading us in a round in cadence.

    In no particular order these were the exercises we completed various counts of the PAX choice.
    -Box Cutters, Freddy Mercury’s, Heel Touches, Pickle Pounders, V-Ups, Flutter Kicks, Plank jacks, LBCs, Glute Bridges

    COR, NOR, Prayers for Casper’s (also our 6) brother defending his dissertation today and Gypsy’s newly pregnant wife (congrats!!)
