Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playground equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    a little mist, a little drizzle, a lot of strong work from the HIMs that started their Halloween off with the DRP.

    Warmups: SSH and Windmills IC.

    picture a rectangle around the parking lot. four laps around for the complete circuit.
    Lap 1: (side1) 10 thrusters, murderbunny halfway to next corner, 20 goblet squats, ape hop to corner, 30 curls. (side2) Then leave your block at the corner. Bear crawl halfway to next corner, then lung walk the rest of the way. (side3) Broad-jump-burpee (3 burpees 5 jumps) halfway down side 3, dragon walk to corner. then jog side 4
    Lap2: (side1) jog to your block. (side2) 10 thrusters, murderbunny to midpoint, 20 goblet squats, ape hop to corner, 30 curls. (side3) bearcrawl halfway and lunge walk the rest. (side4) Jog
    Lap3: (side1) jog, (side2) jog to your block, (side3)10 thrusters, murderbunny, 20 goblet squats, ape hop, 30 curls. (side4) jog.
    Lap4: jog sides 1, 2, 3 then rifle carry your block for side4 and begin again if you have time.

    Great effort by all the pax.
