The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Warmup:
2 laps around parking lot.
Workout:
Teams of 5 do an exercise and then when the first team makes 2 shots the other team does burpees. Once you shoot run to school and back before you can shoot again.
