We had 7 wonderful men come today. This included an FNG, Rafael “Helix” Solar. The remaining men were Josh Woodstock Brown, Paul Phat Thor Devine, Thomas Mercy Morrissey, Matt Stark Yarder, Dave Lyman Ramsey and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble.
Our beatdown was in the ICP mode. We had 4 stations where we did 25 reps of an exercise, all with blocks. They were at station , block merkins, & curls, at 2 they were American hammers & kettle bell swings, at 3 they were overhead presses and squats and at 4 were just 10 manmakers. After completing the reps, we would run a lap around the track and then start over. The idea was to get in as many laps as you could.
We ended in a circle of trust.
