5/30/2022 – Memorial Day Murph
Location – F3 Black Ops Site – Whitehouse, OH
Veterans Memorial Park
Today we honored all Veterans who have served the citizens of these United States of America and lost their lives. Specifically, we honored Michael “Murph” Murphy and Gaven “Red Ryder” Smith. We ran our first 1/2 mile as a group in silence.
Today’s workout consisted of the Legendary “Murph”
1 Mile Run

The PAX cleaned up the local park in Downtown Whitehouse, and then enjoyed a wonderful breakfast of eggs, bacon, and bread cooked over the fire. The additional accoutrements included grapes, strawberries, coffee, and juice.
Our FNG was EH’d by Fat Amy, and Lonzo(not present). He acquired the name Slimer because he is from Celina, OH, among other things.
