PAX: Rudy, Huckleberry, Barney(Q)
Mission, and 5 Core Principles
Workout:
Run a lap of the track, but stop at every corner to do 25 Merkins. Second Lap, Squats. Third Lap, Big Boy Sit-Ups. 4th Lap, Jumping Jacks.
Timed for 30 minutes
End in COT and prayer.
