Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

    Pax: Huckleberry, Gepetto, Nimbus, Calahan, Jennay, Isoscoles, fender bender, Raven, Deliverance, Hannibal, hoser, Fat Thor, Chanel, Q-Spaulding

    5 stations
    Four corners and the middle
    Purpose is to stay in constant motion

    Do 10 of the exercise on the corner run to the middle do 2 burpees or 2 Turkish get-ups then on to the next corner.

    Count off to spread the group out

    Round 1: 12 minutes
    1st corner: squats
    2nd corner: lunges
    3rd corner: jump tucks
    4th corner: monkey humpers

    Round 2: 12 minutes
    1st corner: LBCs
    2nd corner: hillbillies
    3rd corner: big boys
    4th corner: imperial walkers

    Round 3: 12 minutes
    1st corner: merkins
    2nd corner: curls
    3rd corner: dry docks
    4th corner: mike Tyson’s

    Round 4: 8 minutes- fast pace
    1st corner: side straddle hops
    2nd corner: high knees
    3rd corner: butt kicks
    4th corner: potato pickers
