Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.

(4) 10 minute sectionsSection One: Parking Lot – Route 66: Merkins and BBSU in parking lot. For Merkins, bear crawl between parking lines, do ascending merkins (1,2,3,4, etc.) at each parking line until the eleventh line. Change to BBSU’s and crab walk between lines. Repeato if you finish both before 10 minutes
Section Two:
Lieutenant Get Ups
Lunge, Lunge, Never Surrender across the field – run back to start, repeato until time is calledSection Three:
Mosey to pavilion
Step ups (In honor of Veteran’s day/Chad 1000X workout)Section Four:
Bearway to Heaven
Bearcrawl to cone, complete set number of burpees, run to start, bearcrawl to second cone, etc.
Cone one: three burpees, Cone two: six burpees, Cone three: nine burpees, Cone four: fifteen burpees
Repeato until time is called.We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six, Announcements and a prayer.
Thai Guy was the six. He was EH’d by Tots and talked about how this group helped him grow as a leader. Had just returned from Thailand before his first beatdown so Thai Guy is his name!
