Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

5 Core Principles

The Thang:
Seven cones, each containing a letter spelling out the word RESPECT, were placed about the Fortress, each containing an exercise and the mode of transportation pax must take to get to the next cone. (the exercises were: Ranger merkins, Elbow to knee sit ups, Squats, Plank jacks, Elbow plank hold, Cindy, Thrusters). MOdes of transportation were: lunge walk, broad jump, mosey, sprint, bear crawl, crab walk)
We counted off in 5’s and then reported to the corresponding cone with our group. (example: 1’s started at R, 2’s started at E, etc.) Each group had to perform the required number of reps at each cone (50 reps each at most cones except for the Thrusters…that was 50 reps shared), before moving to the next cone. Once the group got through all 7 cones, the first group finished had to run to the designated finish line (the fire of doubt) and yell, “Respect”. At that point, all pax reported to the circle and re-counted to assign new teams and REPEAT-O.
In total, we played two rounds and then finished with 210 hold plank/group merkins around the circle to celebrate Doubtfire’s 210th post.
