Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

    (Prepped the 2nd F fire at the pavillion prior to workout. Thanks to whomever had a fire there the night before. The red hot coals made the fire starting a breeze))

    Coconut led us off with a run heavy 11s set around the 1/4 mile loop. Start with 10 absolutions and half way around 1 reverse snow angel. Then 9 and 2, 8 and 3, and so on…

    (checked the fire…still good)

    Boxing Day Contenders 12/26
    A take on my running man workout. The “Contender” is randomly chosen from PAX to perform set amount of reps, effectively acting as the round’s timer.
    The rest of the PAX go hard at their own pace until the contender reaches the goal and rings Betty the Bell or yells Stop.

    Round 1 (Legs)
    30 – Jungle Boys Squats
    30 – Raggedy Anns (2 is 1)
    30 – Smurf Jacks
    Cardio, 90 seconds of Kickouts with Speedbag with up downs
    30 – Heal Touch Jump Squats
    30 – Narrow Squat Twists
    30 – Bonnie Blaires (2 is 1)
    Cardio, 90 seconds of Skiers with up up downs

    Round 2 (Upper Body and Core)
    25 – Angle Grinders
    25 – Cross Body Big Boys
    25 – Crab Kicks, 2 is 1
    25 – Mike Tysons into Superman
    25 – Commando, plank up down with shoulder tap
    25 – Angel Merkins
    Cardio, 90 seconds of Jump Rope with Jump Squats

    COR, NOR, The six (Spaulding). Prayers for the end of a tough year and the fresh start of 2021. Let’s hit the winter challenge hard!
