Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) breakfast/coffee. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

    Intro:
    Mission, Core principles, LDP3 (Groups-2: Community)

    Demo exercises: Partner Block-pull-under Merkins, Partner block BBSU, partner block pass-around.

    Demo Sled: One partner drags the sled while the other does Perfect push-ups on the moving sled. Swap positions at the cone and move back.
    THANG
    one lap of the short running loop and then:
    100 PBPUM
    200 PBBBSU
    300 PBPA
    one laps of short loop.
    The finish order of pairs sets the order of pairs using the sled. Otherwise, just keep working down the reps..probably in sets of 10/20/30 (murph-like).

    RECOVER at 7:17, with leading groups on set 7 or 8.

    COT: COR, NOR. Deliverance 6.

    AAR: the Q spent way too long introducing things. too much yammering and not enough work. Would have been nice for top pax teams to be able to finish in the time. Nevertheless, partner work is great for building community. Ecclesiastes 4:12.
