Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) breakfast/coffee. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

This beatdown began with a brief warmup followed by the following:
Fire Drill: in a circle, all pax high-knee while one pax around the circle hollered “FIRE!” and we all stopped, dropped and rolled then pop back up and continue high-knees until all pax have hollered “FIRE!”.
Next we did a fun relay with two rolled up fire hoses.
Next we called 9-1-1. (90 reps, 100 reps and 100 reps of three different exercises. In pairs 1 pax ran down to a cone and performed 5 Apollo Ono’s and then returned while the other pax did reps.
Next, we split into two teams. One pax from each team ran 50 meters carrying a fire hose, performed 5 reps and returned. First team with all pax done was the winner.
Next up: CPR with Cindy. Curls, Press, Row.
Lastly, we moseyed over to the playground where we finished with LIT-Lunges, Imperial Walkers and Tick-Tock Merkins.

Six: Photon-loved hearing his story and how a fellow pax (Coconut) encouraged him with a gift of “Freed To Lead”.
