Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) breakfast/coffee. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

The Thang:
Try to get 3 laps around the track. Each station you get to, pick a card and do that exercise and follow any special directions
1. Mushroom Boost: Run to Flag then get back on track but you get to skip the next station
2. Gold Mushroom: frog jump through next 2 stations
3. Red Shell: 10 BBS
4. Green Shell: 15 Curls
5. Triple Red: 30 BBS
6. Triple Green: 45 Curls
7. Blue Shell: Run up to the leader and give them the card, do 10 Absolutions and then go back to the beginning of current lap
8. Bomb: everyone at station does 5 burpees
9. Lightening: everyone else does 5 inch crawls
10. Fake Boxes: 10 merkins
11. Bananas: 30 Monkey Humpers
12. Triple Bananan: 60 Monkey Humpers
13. Star: For the next 3 stations do 20 American Hammers (2×1)
We started with a warmup for the course and ran it together. Then headed into the main section. The Winners:
