Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) breakfast/coffee. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

The Thang:
This beatdown is Q’d by Venom and Bourbon to celebrate their 6-year F3 Anniversaries that started in this very spot exactly 6 years ago.
Start with 21’s with a 5 Burpee penalty if we don’t finish in sync
PAX failed the first attempt and suffered a 5 Burpee penalty OYO. They successfully completed the second attempt
The Six:
This is inspired by the IronPax Challenge workout titled “Belle” Ringer from Week 2 of 2022
Cone in the middle where PAX will start; then 6 spokes to a wheel where cones are placed 25 yards from the center cone.
The concept is simple, do work at the middle cone, then move to Cone 1, do the reps, move to center cone, do the reps, move to next cone, do the reps, move back to center cone, do the reps, etc.
Center cone reps = 6x Man Makers; modify with Burpees.
Cone 1: Movement to and from cone = Bear Crawl; Reps = 6x Mike Tyson’s
Cone 2: Movement to and from cone = Murder Bunny; Reps = 6x CPR’s (curl, press, row); 6x curls + 6x overhead press + 6x rows
Cone 3: Movement to and from cone = Bear Crawl; Reps = 6x Carolina Dry Docks
Cone 4: Movement to and from cone = Murder Bunny; Reps = 6x Block Squats
Cone 5: Movement to and from cone = Bear Crawl; Reps = 6x Captain Thors (big-boy sit-up followed by 4-count American hammer = 1)
Cone 6: Movement to and from cone = Murder Bunny; Reps = 6x Block Swings
